Felicia is 1

Felicia had a great day for her 1st birthday.  She started off at the Y then went to Toys R Us shopping with a list from her brothers. Caleb wanted a princess doll, cinderella bath doll. Dayne wanted a princess book, Fairy Princess and Eagan got her a princess see and say.  After a nap and the boys entrance home we decided to head to the pool then had cheeesy breadsticks for dinner and cake.  Grammie even helped us sing Happy Birthday to our pretty girl.  She was somewhat interested in the presents.

Boat

Memorial day wouldn't be the same if we didn't get out on the boat.  We launched at Maximo and off we went to Shell Key.  Before we got to the island we stopped to watch some dolphins chase fish, what fun.  The island has changed so much in 6 months.  We played on the newly formed sandbars for over 2 hours.  Felicia loved her first trip on the boat since she started walking, wore the life vest with no problem even fell asleep and stayed asleep after we stopped to play.  Sorry I forgot the camera but will take some photos when we go out with the Cook's on Saturday.

Computer Show

The boys know they can play games on club penguin or cartoon network. Well while Caleb was surfing one day he discovered that he could watch episodes of their favorite show on my laptop.  Of course the whole gang had to join.

Rainy Fl Day

What happens when you can't play outside due to rain, well off to the mall play area we go and if lunch is involved even better. Felicia took her 1st ride on the merry go round she was so funny.

Dayne's School B-Day

No its not his real birthday but when you have a summer one like he does it is nice to celebrate with you school friends.  We made a carrot cake with no frosting and sent in roaring water boxes along with granola bars and everyone loved it.

Potato Girl

Felicia loves to eat mashed potatoes so much we gave her the spoon tonight.  She gets a little messy luckily it is bath time right after dinner.  It went great with the peas and baked chicken, yummy.

Mohawks

The boys like they so much that Dayne has a staff member, Ms Lindsey, do his hair everyday after swimming.  Eagan asked for one last night so mommy took a quick picture.  Today was a slow day here at the house and at bath time mommy decided that Felicia should try the mohawk look, what do you think?

Daddy's Gone for 12 Days

Chris has to be gone for almost 2 weeks with work on the west coast so he is visiting his brother's family in CA. This leaves me with 4 crazy kids.  During the week I do one day of cleaning in the play areas, put toys away, sweep, mop and it looked good.  Then the phone rang and Eagan was left for 5 minutes while I helped a friend.  After I got off the phone I saw a trail of powder that started in the living room went to my cabinets thru the dinning room to the office and back to the playroom were a child was dancing on the table and couch in pounder.  I was very upset because it takes days to really clean powder off of anything.  Thank goodness they were going to kids night out that night.  After drop I got a haircut, got Chick Fil A brought if home and sat outside while I ate and read a book. Wow it was great but then the phone rang just before 8 pm and Caleb needed me go get him, his belly hurt.  I brought them all home to find out he had to do #2 and wouldn't use their bathroom, so my 3 hours turned to 2 oh well.  Let's see what the rest of the time holds for us.

Day at the Park

We went to the Veteran's Park by were we launch our boat, they have plenty of shade for this time of year and cool dino play equipment.  Miss Felicia found my Dunkin Donuts cup and was walking and drinking all over. She was a future commercial waiting to happen.

Where is Eagan Sleeping?

He was so tired from a day at Chuck-E-Cheese, code name the rat, and swimming that at 8:45 pm he actually gave me a kiss and went to bed on his own.   I checked on him a little later and there he was tucked in asleep.  Wow what a beautiful thing.

Elks Pool

Yes it is that time of year again, we are at the Elks pool as much as we can.  Eagan is swimming like a champ and the boys love to swim and dive.  Miss Felicia became a daddy's girl this weekend and wanted nothing to do with me, she even kicked and turned away from me at the pool.  It was shorter with her than the boys but oh well, who doesn't love chris.

First Communion

Caleb was part of the first communion services at St Raphael's church.  We are so proud of him and now he can receive the body of Christ with his mom.  The day was beautiful and he was surrounded by some family and many friends.  Special thanks to his Godmother Thora for her support all year long.

Landscape

The progress of the house is getting better everyday, just look outside and see what's happening.  We finally go some wonderful plants and grass, yeah!
